Delete your Plate Logic account

Use this page to request deletion of your Plate Logic account and associated account data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

How deletion works

1. Send the deletion request using the button below.
2. Use the same email address you use to sign in to Plate Logic.
3. We will process the request and delete the Plate Logic account data associated with that account.

If you have an active paid subscription, the subscription must be cancelled as part of the deletion process so that future Plate Logic subscription charges do not continue.

Plate Logic may retain limited information where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
